We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was a great way to start our day, with a variety of delicious jams and a filling selection of food that kept us going without needing lunch. Our room had a stunning view of the valley and ski slopes, and the spacious balcony allowed us to fully enjoy it. The room itself was big and the temperature was cozy and warm. The swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained, and we loved the infrared cabins and chairs which were a great help for our backs.
Nothing all good.

During our romantic escape, my partner and I really enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety of jams in jars was a lovely touch and there was plenty of food to help us stay fueled for the day without having to stop for lunch. The wide balcony in our room allowed for stunning views of the valley and ski slopes, really making us feel like we were in the heart of the mountains. the infrared cabins and chairs were a great way to relax and recover from any soreness after a day of skiing.
Although we enjoyed our time in the spa, we did notice that some guests were not following the proper guidelines for using the facilities. It would have been helpful if there were clearer instructions or staff monitoring the area to ensure that everyone was using the spa properly.

The spa facilities could be better utilized if guests followed the South Tyrol style of using them properly.
